This project is a short film I wrote and directed that explores the hidden meaning behind everyday actions, inviting audiences to see the experiences of children who grew up without the love and guidance of a parent from a new perspective.

Synopsis: When isolated foster child Teressa gets caught stealing from Carmen’s restaurant, she must make amends by helping around the place. Under Carmen’s watchful gaze, Teressa’s longing for a parent is eventually revealed and things at home become more turbulent.
